Dr. Dolores Pérez Marín with a degree of Agricultural Engineer. She has been distinguished with the Doctoral Extraordinary Award. She has 10 years of experience in the development of Near Infrared Spectroscopy research activities. She has experience in the management of international and national research projects. Moreover, she is author of 25 papers published in journals indexed in the SCI (Science Citation Index) and of more than 70 scientific works, published in other journals, books and conferences, based on NIR technology.
