Jovanka Levic, PhD,  food technologist,  head of FEED-TO-FOOD Research Center, Coordinator for International Cooperation in FINS, Coordinator of  EU FP7-REGPOT- 2007- 3 project „Reinforcement of the Feed to Food Research Center at Institute for Food Technology at the University of Novi Sad“ ( FEED-TO-FOOD), Coordinator of National project of Technological development 2008-2011 “Development of Technologies for Sustainable Feed  Production”. Jovanka Levic has research collaboration stretches across the world through informal and formal partnership. Outcomes feed into national strategies, regulatory autorities, numerous national and international professional associations concerned with feed and food technology, representative of national feed manufacturer assotiation in IFIF.
She has huge experience in organization of International Feed Symposiums and Food Congres and remarkable experience of work within international teams (one year post-doc stages at UC Davis, CA-USA,  two years director of R&D at  Micro-Tracers Inc. - San  Francisco, CA-USA; 5 months USDA Faculty Exchange program – ISU- USA, one mount training-Feed Institute, Voronjez, Russia.. She has very good experience in valorization of research results, more than 200 articles in scientific publications, as main author or co-author.
Research interests: feed processing, feed quality and safety, working accuracy, risk assessment, traceability, utilization of agricultural and food industry by-products, functional feed, sustainability in the food and feed chain.
